At Yaazoh.com, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to request a return or refund in accordance with this policy.
- Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (based on the vendor’s return window).
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products such as perishable goods, intimate items, and customized products may not be eligible for return.
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Health and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics or hygiene products)
- Items marked as final sale
To initiate a return:
1. Log in to your Yaazoh.com account
2. Go to 'My Orders' and select the item
3. Click 'Request Return' and fill in the return form
4. The vendor will review and provide instructions within 48 hours
Once approved, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to the vendor unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Yaazoh.com may issue refunds in the form of store credit depending on the vendor’s policy.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
- Contact the vendor immediately through the platform
- Upload clear photos or videos of the issue
- The vendor will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the circumstances
