- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, a return may be requested after delivery.


3. Order Cancellation by Vendors

- Vendors may cancel an order due to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues.

- In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


4. Automatic Cancellations

- Orders that are not confirmed or processed by the vendor within 3 business days may be automatically cancelled.

- In these cases, the customer will receive a full refund.


5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

- If an order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.


6. Non-Cancellable Items

- Certain products such as custom-made, perishable, or digital items may not be eligible for cancellation after the order is placed.
